JCCA classic car festival – Summer 2012
It took me a while but I eventually made it to a JCCA event after 2 years of always being busy when they were on. I had a choice of either JCCA at Tsukuba or the Skyline Festival at Fuji Speedway so I chose JCCA and my friend Danny from FC Autosource headed to Fuji(I will post some of his photos in a seperate post)
Here’s what was waiting for me at Tsukuba…

Decided to take my first trip out to Nikko circuit for the Car Modify Wonder drift day, not sure why I hadn’t got out there yet but anyway… As is the case with most of the events I have been to in Japan, I wasn’t disappointed, cars were great, lots of action and the weather was perfect! DealtWidth Drift Team
Quick post to introduce a new drift team that will be competing in the Irish Prodrift series this year. The team consists of my good friend Sully and his two friends, David and Brian Egan. David will be running an S14 silvia, Brian in his F20c AE86 and Sully in his new Jzx90(that will debut at round 2).
Here’s an interview with David on the team, cars etc…
Unfortunately Sully’s JZX90 won’t be ready for round 1 but will be debuting at round 2 and you can click on the following link to see the build thread over on DriftIreland http://www.driftireland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24586
I will post more updates on how the lads are doing after round 1 and the progress of Sully’s car in the coming weeks.
Round 1 will take place in Ennis, Co. Clare on April 14/15th
As always, thanks for reading,
